Solution:

Peptide bond is an amide linkage which is formed between group of one amino acid and group of another amino acid. A water molecule is always eliminated in forming of a peptide bond. A sugar molecule has several reactive hydroxyl groups. The hydroxyl group of atom forms a linkage with a hydroxyl groups of another sugar molecule, during this a water molecule is eliminated. In this process of dehydration synthesis, the bond formed is called glycosidic bond.
