$X_C=20\Omega =\frac{10^6}{\omega \times 50}$
$\omega =10^3$ rad / s
$\Rightarrow X_L=\omega L=20\times 10^{-3}\times 10^3=20\Omega$
$\therefore$ The circuit is in resonance.
$V=iR=50V$
