The colour of the ion depends on the presence of unpaired electrons. In the absence of upaired electrons ion becomes colourless.

There is no unpaired electron in Zn2+. So, it is colourless.
(b) Cr3+ Cr(24):1s2,2s22p6,3s23p63d5,4s1 Cr3+:1s2,2s22p6,3s23p63d3
There are three unpaired electron in Cr3+ hence, it is deep green in colour.
(c) V2+ V(23):1s2,2s22p6,3s23p63d3,4s2V2+:1s2,2s22p6,3s23p63d3
Coloured due to presence of three unpaired electrons.
(d) Ti3+ Ti(22):1s2,2s22p6,3s23p63d2,4s2 Ti3+:1s2,2s22p6,3s23p63d1
Coloured due to presence of one unpaired electron.
