Where, $M_m=$ Mass of mars
Radius of earth $=2R_m$
Where, $R_m=$ radius of mass
and $g=\frac{GM}{R^2}$
Let gravity on the surface of mass is $g_m$
$\therefore \frac{g_m}{g_E}=\frac{M_m}{M_E}\times {\left(\frac{R_E}{R_m}\right)}^2$
$g_m=g_e\times \frac{M_m}{M_E}{\left(\frac{R_E}{R_m}\right)}^2$
$=10\times \frac{M_m}{10M_m}{\left(\frac{2R_m}{R_m}\right)}^2=4m/s^2$
