$\frac{1}{v}+\frac{1}{u}=\frac{1}{f}$
$\frac{1}{v}-\frac{1}{60}=\frac{1}{30}$
$v=\frac{60}{3}\pm 20cm$
$\therefore$ Distance between object and image
$=60+20=80cm$
$\therefore x=40cm$
