$N_b-mg=\frac{m{v}^2}{R}$
$N_b=mg+\frac{m{v}^2}{R}$
$N_T+mg=\frac{m{v}^2}{R}$
$N_T=\frac{m{v}^2}{R}-mg=\frac{1}{3}\left(mg+\frac{m{v}^2}{R}\right)$
$\frac{2}{3}\frac{m{v}^2}{R}=\frac{4}{3}mg$
$v=\sqrt{2gR}=\sqrt{20\times 2000}=200m/s$
