Solution:

Members of the Liliaceae family have 6 stamens, three with long stamens and three with short stamens. They have a tricarpellary, syncarpous gynoecium with an ovary which is superior, trilocular with many ovules and has axile placentation. They have fruits which are mostly capsules (dry and dehiscent) and rarely berries (Fleshy fruits). They also show alternate phyllotaxy with linear leaves without stipule and with parallel venation.
