Solution:

When Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) decreases, the blood pressure also decreases. This triggers the JG Apparatus to release Renin which converts angiotensin to angiotensin 1 and angiotensin II. Angiotensin is a potent vasoconstrictor and thus increases the blood pressure so that GFR increases. (Angio means blood vessels and tensin means tension). This also triggers Aldosterone hormone to cause water and electrolyte balance. This is known as RAAS (Renin Angiotensin Aldosterone System).
