Solution:

Air is enclosed in the tyre. Pressure is developed due to collisions of the moving gas molecules. When kept in sunlight momentum of gas molecules increase (because temperature rises) because of which increased pressure is exerted on the walls of the tyre. When tyre is kept for sometime in sunlight, pressure is increased and tyre bursts.
