After silvering the plane surface, plano-convex lens behaves as a concave mirror of focal length F1=flens 2
But F=0.2m ∴flens=2F=2×0.2=0.4m
Now, from lens maker's formula flens 1=(μ−1)(R11−R21) ∴0.41=(1.5−1)×R11 [∵R2=∞] ⇒R1=0.5×0.4=0.2m
