C4 plant has bundle sheet cell with large chloroplast. In C4 plants carbon fixation occur twice i.e., first in mesophyll cell with the help of enzyme PEP carboxylase and second in bundle sheet with help of enzyme RUBISCO. Bundle sheath cell has all the enzymes for the Calvin cycle.
