P = V2/R ⇒ R = V2/P × 104 / 100 = 400 Ω S = 104/200 = 0.5 × 102 = 50 Ω R/S = 8

$P = V^{2} / R$
$\Rightarrow R = V^{2} / P \times 1 0^{4} /100 = 400 Ω$
$S = 1 0^{4} /200 = 0.5 \times 1 0^{2} = 50 Ω$
$R / S = 8$
