Kinetin (6 -furfuryl amino purine) is a synthetic plant hormone which helps to promote cytokinesis either alone or in conjugation with auxin. 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid is a synthetic auxin which helps in promoting cell enlongation especially of shoots. Indole-3 acetic acid is the universal natural auxin. It helps in elongation of both roots and shoots.
