Solution:

Vascular cambium is present in between xylem and phloem. Vascular cambium divides to form secondary xylem towards inner side and secondary phloem towards outer side during secondary growth. The vascular cambium is the main growth tissue in the stems and roots of many plants, particularly in dicots.
