Cellular type of endosperm is observed in Capsella (Brassicaceae) in which of karyokinesis is followed by cytokinesis forming solid cellular endosperm. In coconut, nuclear endosperm is formed in which karyokinesis is not followed by cytokinesis initially thus liquid nuclear endosperm is formed. The white kernal is the cellular endosperm.
