Solution:

According to Bohr's effect, the factors which favours the dissociation of oxyhaemoglobin to release oxygen at the tissue level and to shift the ODC into right side are: Low $pO_{2}$ , High $pCO_{2}$ , High $H^{+}$ (Low $pH$ ) and High Temperature.
