$H_{3}PO_{4}$ is tribasic. So $NaH_{2}PO_{4}$ is acidic salt. $H_{3}PO_{2}$ is monobasic. Hence $NaH_{2}PO_{2}$ is not an acidic salt. It is a neutral salt. $NaH_{2}PO_{3}$ and $Na_{2}H_{2}S_{2}O_{7}$ are also acidic salts.
