In a nephron, PCT has cuboidal epithelium with microvilli. Hence there is maximum absorption at PCT. DCT has cuboidal epithelium with low microvilli, Bowman's capsule has squamous epithelium and Glomerulus is a tuft of fenestrated capillaries with squamous epithelium.
