Solution:

Mitochondria is found in both plants and animals and produces ATP by oxidative phosphorylation therefore called Power house of the cell. In prokaryotes where mitochondria are absent the site of respiration and electron n-ansport is mesosome (infolding of plasma membrane). Tonoplast is the membrane of vacuole, which is commonly found in plant cell only. Centrioles are found in animal cells and help in cell division and intracellular digestion.
