Q. Which one of the following graphs represents variation of specific heat capacity of water with temperature?

Thermodynamics

Solution:

The specific heat of liquids is inversely proportional to the density of the liquid. As you heat up water, its density increases upto $4^{0} C$. Thus specific heat decreases and afterwards as the density decreases the specific heat increases.
