$V_{ rms }=\sqrt{\frac{3 R T}{M}}$

(b) $\frac{8 R T}{\pi M}=\frac{3 R T}{M}$

$\frac{T}{T'}=\frac{3 \pi}{8}$

$T \neq T' ;$

$ \therefore $ False
