Nucleus, chloroplast and mitochondria contains DNA.
DNA of nucleus is linear and double stranded.
DNA of mitochondria and chloroplast is circular and double stranded.
Due to presence of DNA, these cell organelles known as semiautonomous cell organelles.
Ribosomes are made up of protein and $r$-RNA. Lysosomes have hydrolytic enzymes which helps in intracellular digestion. Both ribosome and lysosome do not contain DNA. Ribosomes is of two types $70 S$ and $80 S$.
