Salt of strong base and weak acid gives anionic hydrolysis. The anion of salt reacts with water to produce weak acid and $ O{{H}^{-}} $ ion hence concentration of $ O{{H}^{-}} $ increases and solution becomes basic. Example $ -NaCN $ $ C{{N}^{-}}~+{{H}_{2}}OHCN+OH{{~}^{-}} $
