Solution:
The correct relation is $v_{ rms } > \bar{v} > v_{ mp }$
As $\bar{v}=1.6 \sqrt{\frac{R T}{M}}, v_{ rms }$
$=1.73 \sqrt{\frac{R T}{M}}$
and $v_{ mp }=1.41 \sqrt{\frac{R T}{M}}$
