(Wheat, pea, black pepper, castor, sunflower, groundnut, barley)

NTA AbhyasNTA Abhyas 2022

Solution:

Wheat, castor, sunflower, and barley are seeds whose endosperm is not completely consumed during embryo development. Such seeds are albuminous seeds. Pea and groundnut are examples of non-albuminous seeds (endosperm completely consumed). Black pepper is an example of seeds where the nucellus is persistent. The persistent nucellus is called Perisperm.
