Solution:

Cocos nucifera (coconut) is both a fibre and oil yielding plant. The mesocarp (middle layer) of fruit is fibrous and are commercially used for making brooms etc. The endosperm of seed of coconut also yields an oil - coconut oil which is an edible oil.
