Q. Which of the following is the most stable alkene?

AIIMSAIIMS 1998Hydrocarbons

Solution:

Alkenes are reactive due to the presence of double bond. The $\pi$ -electrons are loosely held and are therefore, earily polaisable. So more the number of $e ^{-1}$ releasing alkyl group on the double bond, lesser is the stability.
