Solution:

The epithelium of seminiferous tubules of testes is made up of two type of cells, i.e., Sertoli cells or supporting cells and spermatogenic cells. Sertoli cells nourish spermatozoa. These secrete a glycoprotein hormone called inhibin, which is involved in negative feedback control of sperm production.
