Each nephron has two parts:
A. Glomerulus: It is a tuft of capillaries in Bowman's capsule.
Renal artery $ \rightarrow $ Afferent arteriole (a fine branch of the renal artery) $ \rightarrow $ Glomerulus $ \rightarrow $ An efferent arteriole.
B. Renal tubule: It is divisible into
a. Bowman's capsule: It is a double-walled cup-like structure enclosing the glomerulus. Malpighian body (or Renal corpuscle) consists of glomerulus and Bowman's capsule.
b. Proximal convoluted tubule (PCT)
