Solution:

When tuber like root develops in bunch from base of stem it is called as fasciculated root. It is adventitious root as it develops from part of plant other than radical. Carrot and turnip has modified tap root for storage of food and sweet potato has modified adventious tuberous root which develops singly from the node.
