Solution:

Previously it was believed that $F$ does not form an oxy-acid. However, recent studies have confirmed the existence of $HOP$ (hypo fluorous acid).
The rest all halogens form four series of oxy-acids with formula $H O X, H X O_{2}, H X O_{3}$ and $H X O_{4}$. (where $X=C l, B r, I$ )
