$Cl _2 C = CCl _2, CO _2$ (liquid), $H _2 O _2$, benzene, benzol, $CCl _4$, trichloroethylene are some of the frequently used dry cleaning fluids. However, tetrachloroethylene (perchloro ethylene) is a common solvent used in dry cleaning because it is a highly vapourising organic fluid.
But acetaldehyde is not used for dry purpose due to its decomposition property.
