Solution:

Each seminiferous tubule is lined on its inner side by two types of cells called spermatogonium/make germ cells and Sertoli cells/Nurse cells.
Leydig cells or interstitial cells are present in the region outside the seminiferous tubules of testes. These secrete testosterone.
