Solution:

Immunity can be classified as Innate and Acquired. Innate immunity is present since birth and consists of many barriers. These include Physical, Physiological and Cellular barriers. Cellular barriers include Interleukin, Interferons, White blood cells, Macrophages, Natural killer cells etc. Kupffer cells are macrophages of liver and polymorphonuclear cells are WBC and both are included in cellular barriers.
Cytokine barriers: Virus-infected cells secrete proteins called interferons which protect non-infected cells from further viral infection.
