Solution:
Aniline reacts with Lewis acid $\left(\right.AlCl_{3}\left.\right)$ to form anilinium complex.
As in the toluene $- \text{CH}_{\text{3}}$ group is ring activating so toluene is most reactive among these for electrophilic substitution reaction. Chlorobenzene and benzamide do not give product in good yield for this reaction as -Cl and $-CONH_{2}$ are deactivating groups.
