Substrate entrants of Krebs cycle is acetyl $Co- A$ which is also considered as connecting link between glycolysis and Krebs cycle.
Pyruvic acid is the product of breakdown of glucose molecule during glycolysis. It takes part in different types of fermentation reaction in anaerobic conditions and forms acceptor molecules of Krebs cycle under aerobic condition.
