Using, $PV = nRT$
Since volume is constant
$\therefore \quad \frac{P_{2}}{P_{1}} = \frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}$ or $T_{1} = T_{2} \times \frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}}$
or $\quad T_{1} =\left(T_{1} +1\right) \left(\frac{100}{100.4}\right)$
$\Rightarrow T_{1} = 250\,K$
