$\Rightarrow \Delta U=\frac{Q}{2}$
$\Rightarrow $ $\Delta U=\frac{3}{2}nR\Delta T=\frac{Q}{2}$
$C=\frac{Q}{n \Delta T}$
$\Rightarrow C=3R$
