Solution:

$2 MnO _{2}+4 HNO _{3} \rightarrow 2 Mn \left( NO _{3}\right)_{2}+2 H _{2} O + O _{2}$
$2 Mn \left( NO _{3}\right)_{2}+5 PbO _{2}+6 HNO _{3} \rightarrow \underset{\text { Permanganic acid(violet pink) }}{2 HMnO _{4}}+5 Pb \left( NO _{3}\right)_{2}+2 H _{2} O$
