Q.
When $AgNO_3$ is added to a solution of $Co(NH_3)_5Cl_3 $ the precipitate of AgCl shows two ionizable chloride ions. This means :

Solution:
As one mole of the complex gives two moles of AgCl this means that the complex has two ionisable Cr ions in one molecule. Thus, two $Cl^-$ ions satisfy primary valency while third $Cl^-$ ion satisfy secondary valency.
$[Co(NH_3)_5Cl]Cl_2 (aq) \rightleftharpoons [Co(NH_3)_5Cl]^{2+} (aq) + 2Cl^- (aq)$
