When acetone and chloroform are mixed together, H-bonding takes place between them. Such a liquid pair shows -ve deviation from Raoult's law due to increase in the inter-molecular force, the rate of evaporation is lowered, thus, the solution of acetone and chloroform will give negative deviation.
