$\omega _{0}=\frac{2 \lambda }{a}$
$\left(\omega \right)_{0}=\frac{2 \times 6000 \times \left(10\right)^{- 10} \left(\right. m \left.\right)}{12 \times \left(10\right)^{- 7} \left(\right. m \left.\right)}$
$\omega _{0}=1rad$
