Solution:

Ribosomes are non-membranous (i.e., without membrane) cell organelles composed of rRNA and protein. These are found in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. In prokaryotes, ribosomes are 70s type, whereas in eukaryotes, they are 80S type.
