$C =\frac{ A \epsilon_{0}}{ d }$ so area of plate,
$A=\frac{C d}{\epsilon_{0}}=\frac{3 \times\left(5 \times 10^{-3}\right)}{8.85 \times 10^{-12}}$
$=1.694 \times 10^{9} m ^{2}$
