Solution:

Since all the bulbs should get $200 \,V$, they are in parallel.
Resistance of each bulb
$= R = V ^{2} / p =200 \times 200 / 100=400 \,\Omega$
There fore $I=E / R_{p}$
$5=200 /(400 / n)$
$5=200 n / 400 .$
solving we get $n=10$.
