Solution:

In cyclic alkene up to carbon $-10$ , Cis is more stable than trans. In Newmann project if no $H-$ bonding than anti form is more stable than gauchform. In $CH_{2}F-CH_{2}F$ gauch is more sutable due to gauch effect.
