Let $Fe ^{2+}=x \,\&\, Fe ^{3+}=(0.93-x)$
By charge conservation,
$+2(x)+3(0.93-x)-2(1)=0$
$-x+0.79=0 \Rightarrow x=0.79$
Fraction of $Fe ^{2+}=\frac{0.79}{0.93}=0.85$
Fraction of $Fe ^{3+}=(1-0.85)=0.15$
