Given,
frequency $v=30\, MHz$
$=30 \times 10^{6} \,Hz$
We know that, $c=v \lambda$
$\lambda=\frac{C}{v}$
$c=3 \times 10^{8} \,m / s$
$\lambda=\frac{3 \times 10^{8}}{30 \times 10^{6}}=10 \,m =1000 \,cm$
