Solution:

Protein is not present in ultrafiltrate. Blood is filtered so finely in glomerulus that almost all the constituents of the plasma, except the proteins, pass into the lumen of the Bowman's capsule. This process is called ultrafiltration and the filtrate is known as ultrafilterate.
