Q. Two wires $P$ and $Q$ made up of different materials have same resistance at room temperature, when heated, resistance of $P$ increases and that of $Q$ decreases. We conclude that

Solution:

Resistance of conductors increases with rise in temperature while decreases in case of semiconductors.
So, clearly $P$ is conductor whereas $Q$ is semiconductor.
